Edward Carrick, PE, graduate of the Mechanical Engineering School of the University of New Orleans, is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Principal Engineer/Partner at Charlie Rick Engineering. Mr. Carrick is routinely involved in residential and commercial construction design and planning, engineering, permit drawings and application, site studies,
elevation/flood services and certificates, construction estimates / takeoffs, and other related construction and engineering activities. He also investigates existing construction defects and facility-related accidents and testifies in court as an Expert Witness in these areas.
